Hey all I’m not sure if i have scolisis or not I’ve been to a chiropractor and all he told me was that I have lateral pelvic tilt on right side and my shoulders are rounded, , I look like the picture in this blog http://nealhallinan.com/blog/?p=2576
here is the info I can give that I have found out
- lateral pelvic tilt (right side of pelvis is higher)
- left leg appears longer
- left scapula is higher than the right side and “wings” more
- thoracic spine seems to go to the left ( greater distance between the arm and the body on the left side than on the other when the arms are hanging down loosely at the sides)
-left shoulder internally rotates more than right
my muscular imbalances
-left gluteus muscles much stronger on left
- right abdominals stronger , especially obliques + serratus anterior + QL
- left upper back stronger (rear delt flyes)
- right deltoid stronger + upper trap
- left lat stronger
I’ve been following neanderthal no more program but modified it so i work my right glutes more and my left abdominals more + obliques , is this the right thing to do to sort this?
