So i found out i got tendonitis at the insertation of the pec. major. I’m also three weeks out from a competition. Anybody got any ideas of how I can be at my best by the competition.
Get to an ART practioner asap! They can do some really quick healing with injuries like that. Look up the name for the website and then you should be able to find a practioner near your area and the treatments aren’t too exspensive either. Good luck.
