About 6 weeks ago i suffered from a pec major tear about the size of a pinky near the insertion point. I went to numerous doctors appointments and did physical therapy for a couple of weeks. The tear is now about the size of a fingernail near the insertion. I want a comeback strategy but it seems like no one wants to give me an answer.
I want to get back to lifting heavy as soon as possible but i definately do not want to re injure this. Basically all i have been lifting for he past 3 weeks is squats and light tri’s n bi’s. Any help is appreciated
