Finally feeling more like a normal person. I’ve lost weight, but mostly muscle, I’ve managed to keep all my fat so I’m pretty much a fat weak blob currently. So I’m going to have to figure out how to fix that.

I’ve been adventuring this week though.
I went to a no gi class at an MMA gym on Tuesday.
A pole dancing class yesterday.
MT this afternoon.

It’s been fun, but I’ve got no cardio anymore, ugh.

Pole dancing? Dare I say pics or it didn’t happen? Glad you are feeling better, or more “normal”.

You don’t want pictures of me right now, lol. It’s a six week session, and in six weeks I can fix the mess I’ve become. So, maybe pics then.

Pole dancing is surprisingly hard. We just did one spin the fireman spin, with different leg variations. I kept landing on my ass because judging when to bring your legs back in takes talent. I don’t look sexy at all at this point, though working our in 3 inch heels is fun. It’s a chance to play, and maybe make a few female friends.

Speaking of female friends we have a girl at BJJ. She’s little (5’4 115lbs), it’s a little odd rolling with someone smaller and weaker than me, but it’s nice to have someone I can completely own. She’s not completely green, she’s taken a few months of Krav, and MT so she’s durable.
