Pavel Tsatsouline

Anybody check out Pavel’s programs in the back of the 4th edition Supplement Review? I really like a lot of Pavel’s ideas, particularly on high volume training avoiding failure, relatively heavy weight low rest training… However, I have some big issues with the way he structures his workouts, the muscular balance of many of his programs, how he approaches core conditioning, and his neglect of neural and mental fatigue. What do you guys think?
