Huge arms man, big shoulders to. I have no idea why you arent shoulderpressing 200+ with front delts like that.

However, you might want to start some more back work, I never payed much attention but you do way more pressing than pulling, might help your bench some.

Almost definatley help your deadlift some to.

i ordered the sick of your gym package on elitefts today
http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?m=PD&cid=120&pid=576

i already have gym flooring and almost 600 pounds in my garage. im finally starting to put together a nice home gym

I’m jealous.

Thats awesome redsox, Im thinking of selling all my old shit and getting some new stuff my self.

yah guys im pretty excited about it. once i get everything i need i wont have to go to the gym anymore. i think it will help my progress having a more serious place to work out where i can listen to good loud music and not have to worry about people getting in the way.

Well Im gonna be moveing at the end of school to Missouri so I was gonna make a insane home gym, my dads moveing for his job and he will be getting payed about 100,000$ + a year more than his current job, so I think he will throw down the cash.

So here is what Im thinking.

Power rack
Deadlift Platform
Adjustable Bench
Reverse Hyper
Glute Hamraise
Pulldown / row station
Box squat box
100lbs chains
full band set
Saftey squat bar
Texas deadlift bar
Texas squat bar
Cambered squat bar
Adjustable Iron mind dumbells up to 120’s

Everything together would probably come out around 10,000… But it would be better than any gym in the state and I wouldnt have to pay membership fee’s or have to put up with annoying music, other people, or personal trainers.
