Nice to see some intelligent responses here. If he has three weeks notice, and is reasonably lean, he should have absolutely no problem passing a urine test.

Not if you shave your entire body.

Ah, the super power of being invulnerable to hair-sampled drug tests. Yet another of the many instances in which it would totally kick ass to be that kid from “Powder”.

Unfortunately, none of this stuff works. The metabolite they are testing for, THC, is very lipophilic and cannot be “washed out” by solutions, cranberry juice, or Drano. It really depends on how much adipose tissue you have, and how much you smoked, to how long you will test positive. If you are pretty lean, and only smoked once, I think you’ll be ok in a few weeks. If you are fat and have been crunking for a while though, you may be in trouble no matter what you do.
It’s not anywhere near that bad, Mr. Scare Tactics. One-time smokers should be clean in 4-7 days. Even a daily smoker, who’s not a fatass, can be clean in 2 weeks.
I just passed a drug test a few months ago and smoked a couple of days before. After doing some research, I found pectin to be a known solution. Mix 2 packets of liquid pectin (found in most grocery stores) with 16ounces of grape juice. Drink a couple hours before your test. Make sure you take a mulitvitamin so your urine stays yellow. Good luck.
You’re kinda fucked now unless you want to pull some crazy shit. To avoid future incidents of being fucked, don’t smoke weed. Not worth it at all.
Thats your opinions.
As if drinking alcohol is any better. IMO its about 10 times worse.
You want to be extremely hydrated when it’s actually time to give the sample. Your pee should be totally clear.
Don’t give the first pee of the day as a sample and don’t give the first part of your pee as a sample. In other words pee some into the toilet first then finish off in the cup.
If you only smoked one time you’ll probably be well below the baseline anyway, but worst case scenario you can claim you breathed some in secondhand at a party.
Good luck to you.
This is exactly what to do.
Ive passed tests on 7 days notice before.
Again though, Im about 8% BF, and I exercise pretty frequently.

I know, isn’t it great!
Its a shame we have to though, while alcoholics can drink themselves into misery with 100 percent legality.

Yea, its crazy.
Ive heard that 50 percent of all 911 calls are somehow involved in alcohol. 50 percent!
Im not saying we should legalize it, but as long as alcohol is legal…
This whole thread brought to mind that great Christian Bale movie, “Harsh Times”, that was on earlier in the year.
In said film, he smoked some weed the day before his drug test and long story short, ended up getting killed by some Mexicans. So let that be a lesson to you.

I’ve had alcohol at least two times, and neither of them involved a 911 (or 999) call. So my stats are more like 0%.
To be honest, the fact that cigarettes are still legal is more of an issue than alcohol. But having said that, I have no problem either thing; if people want to smoke up, go ahead. Just move outside of my airspace.
Assuming you are making a stab at humor. My sister smokes about once a week and is constantly called a pothead by numerous people. I used to get plastered every weekend and never heard a word.

I would have called you a pathetic drunk. Is it still a good idea to smoke weed?
Funny ol’ world, indeed.
You Sir (the_rabbi) are a shitbag.
Shaved clearly wrote that he got PLASTERED every weekend. and you, ASSumed that shaved meant drinking. What you didn’t know, is that shaved works on the weekends as a drywall installer. Which explains why he gets “plastered” every weekend.

Ha! thats probably because you don’t live in a trailor park and don’t wear a wife beater!
Here is my problem about cigarettes VS. alcohol. Yes, I firmly believe cigarettes should be banned. They are a drain on our rising health care costs.
But this is the thing - nobody kills or hurts anyone (discounting 2nd hand smoke) by lighting up a cigarette outside, away from non smokers, children and elderly. Same with pot. But alcohol? Its a regular occurance.

I am astounded at the number of responses I got in such a short time.
I have only smoked three times in my life, and prior to this last time I hadn’t smoked for at least a month. I am by no standard a heavy user.
I wrestle and we have to get ‘certified’ for our desires weight class, meaning that they calculate bodyfat via a caliper, weigh you, and tell you the lowest weight you could legitimately wrestle at (you can’t have below a certain bodyfat%). They have always taken a urine sample to test for hydration, as it would be easy to certify for a lower weight if you dehydrated yourself in order to obtain a lower scale weight.
There is rumor this year of a drug test with the urine sample, but it is probably not true. I just wanted to be on the safe side. Thank you for the informed replies.
Drug tests cost money. You may be safe just for that reason alone. Consider all of this a lesson learned.

Oh my GAWD!!
You Smoked Marijuana? Jesus! What is the world coming to? Don’t you know what that “Wacky Tobackie” will do to you boy?
OK…enough of that crap.
Don’t smoke it again, drink a good amopunt of water (at least 8 servings of 8 ounces) and don’t sweat it. Even if you don’t drink that much water, you will probably still be fine.
How about a story for laughs?
I knew this crackhead loser when i was in Highschool and working as a bus boy at a local restaurant. I was getting stoned with him one night after work and he was talking about haviing to go to his parole officers and take a urine screen for weed.
I was laughing at him for being a fool and blowing his urine screen. This was before drinks such as cleanse and others were available at health food stores.
He says he will drink lots of beer and be fine.
He said he drank like 15 beers that night. Said he peed a lot. Also said he passed the urine screen.
The problem is that his parole officer was concerned with the level of alcohol in the test that he recommended him for ASAP. Guess my loser friend did not know they might test for alcohol in his test.
