Any particular reason you need a smith machine to do squats? This can cause alot of unecessary stress on your knees.

Compared to what?
Progress looks good.
I’ll point out that your shoulders and lats are lagging.
I like all the information you’re giving us though as to your routine; I hope you follow some of the advice people have given you, and try and find someone to take your physique pictures for you, if you can, you will probably get better pictures.

Now I’m doing a modified maxot programm with a clean bulk diet. I hope to put on 10 kg of weight in the next months (I’m not afraid of loosing my abs).
I’ll probably ad some steady cardio for 2 or 3 times pro week avoiding to put on to much fat.
I’m training 5 to 6 times until my body can handle these much volume (I’ve always prefered intensity but changing my workout habits could increase my progressions)
Progress seems fairly minor but it hasn’t been that long. A clean bulk with adding cardio seems pretty excessive, the weight will pile on really slow in my experience if you approach it this way.
In one sentence you say your not afraid of losing your abs but the next you say you want to avoid putting on too much fat. You are bulking and it will not all be muscle, learn to deal with it and you will get results much faster.
Bulking and cutting is usually a good way to slow progress down too.
ah ok so what u suggest?
clean bulk and cut the cardio
or a “dirty” bulk with some cardio?
