Paranoid About Getting Fat

Okay so i’ve been following my 3000 calorie 147 gram protein diet for a couple of weeks and noticed i’ve gained a pound a week since i started it but i just went on the scale right now and instead of the normal 147 i expect it said 151.5! is it just cause i ate not too long ago, or water weight?

the real point of this thread is i feel like my fat and carb intake is too high
at 5’10", 16 years old and 147 pounds what should i limit my fat and carb intake at daily? the goal for me is just to get toned, i dont wanna be bulky or anything like that

Are you kidding?

  1. You are a kid. Shut up and eat. You are still skinny.

  2. You don’t just “get toned”. You have to eat to grow. You will gain fat with muscle, it is inevitable. If you want to be shredded, lose the fat later via cutting.

  3. A few pounds on the scale means nothing. a 3-4 lb fluctuation is normal through the day.

  4. Look at my pictures. I am 5’10 and 156 in those pictures. Is that what you want to look like? Do I look big/toned to you? Didn’t think so. I have a long ways to go, as do you. Don’t worry about stupid shit on the scale. Are your lifts increasing?

Is this a troll?

5’10" and 147 pounds? Are you some kind of runway model?

If you’re that skinny to begin with, you’re going to have A HELL of a time getting “fat”.
