What does everyone eat for there P+F meals and P+C meals?
Run a search for all of JB’s “Appetite for Construction” columns; he has listed several sample meal plans in them.
food generally
I’m not interested in samples - I want to know what you people eat!
tuna and fish oil or LC Grow and cottage cheese or flax bread with melted cheese only satisfies my appetite for so long.
as I type I am eating the following P+F:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
w/ 1 serving LC Grow
and 1 Tablespoon Flax
for dinner I had P+F:
7-8oz. Salmon
w/ 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
and veggies
Why don’t you use your imagination? I eat more food than I could possibly list. You can fit virtually anything into your meal plans. Virtually every kind of meat, fish, poultry, oil, nut, grain, fruit, vegetable etc will fit in there somewhere.
sorry I asked
Flax bread with melted cheese sounds more like a C/F meal to me. Here are some of my suggestions:
Lemon chicken
Salmon with Avocado Cream sauce
Pepper steak with Bleu Cheese
Smoked turkey and provolone
Eggs, any style
Cottage cheese with cashews
I usually eat these three for my C+P meals:
oatmeal and low carb grow
brown rice(long Grain) and chicken
sweet potatoes and some type of fish
Not too exciting but it gets the job done. C+F are a lot easier. Just mix flax, olive, or fish oils with some form of meat. YOu could even throw some nuts in.
P+C:
-Oatmeal with 10g chocolate chips thrown in for taste. Drink a scoop of whey on the side, because mixing it in is gross.
-Banana+ChocolateWhey+Oatmeal shake. Delicious.
-Beans
P+F:
-Scrambled tuna with eggs.
-Tuna Melt: Tuna roasted in a small oven for a few minutes, enough to let the cheese on top of it melt. Delicious.
-Eggs & Cheese
-Steak
-Peanuts with a scoop of whey on the side
hotdogs, with beer (p+c)
icecream (P+F)
KFC (P+F+F+F)
steak and chips (P+C)
you gotta love massive eating
Eric: Wow! Another guy was looking for personal samples… You sure do read well. Gotta love the nice replies everyone gives.
Personally, I’m low carbing now but for carb refeeds…Turkey + Brown rice, turkey + oatmeal, chickenbreast + brown rice, turkey + brocolli.
For P+F, I usually just have turkey and Olive oil is where I can get my fat…
