Good P+F Meals

ive read a lot of JB’s articles and i keep reading about Protein and carb for your first meals and protein and fat for your latter meals. i am 19, 12-13 percent BF and 172 pounds as of recently. i just dropped from 195 since december. so i am wondering of examples of these meals. bc i am a big all natural PB eater and i cut out eating PB on whole wheat. so i was wondering for anyone to help me out with meal ideas on how to follow this principle.

Here are some of my favs. . .

Ground up hamburger with cheese and some chili powder.

Chicken breasts and salad with olive oil.

Salmon and veggies.

Whole eggs.

Natural Peanut Butter and Low-Carb Grow! Shake.

Also, remember to include healthy fats such as Flax Oil and Fish Oil. You can down a couple tablespoons of either with a source of protein for a good P + F meal.

Tuna or other fish and olive oil and olives.

Some ground meats are good because they contain practically enough fat in themselves.

Throw in fish oil and flax too.

Whole eggs with some olive oil

ground beef topped with some cheese over a salad

natural PB and almond oil mixed in with some Low-Carb Grow!

natural PB on some low carb toast

chicken parm minus the pasta

steak

I think a “Cool Tips” alluded to this one, but here is my version:

4 T. peanut butter
1 scoop Low-Carb Grow!, chocolate
4 oz. Hood low-carb 2% milk
(and I usually take 6g fish oil w/ this)
F-40 C-6 P-40

I also usually have a glass of the Hood milk along with this, as it is very dessert-like. If you can eat this and still be hungry, I salute you.

I just made this for the first time last night, and day-um! It was so good, and very filling.

Me likey. Lots.

I find it hard to finish because it is so sweet! It’s like candy.

My all time favourite is spaghetti mince. But instead of noodles I put the mince in a bowl and cover it with a layer of cottage cheese.

It’s almost a shephards pie. You break through the cottage cheese (which is cold) and the meat is still steaming beneath it. It’s amazing.

How about a big ole steak?
