and bobbi is right on point as usual with the practical advice. I have not been taking my vitamins. How could you tell? Well I got that calcium and iron back in and I’m feeling a bit better. Attacked my legs with the foam roller AFTER instead of before my workout and you won’t believe how much “better” it was. Less pain, and I feel I got more effective release. Ideally I would have time to do it before and after each day.
I’m pretty upset right now because I just fed my boyfriend some chicken patties and he ate half of one before realizing it was raw/undercooked on the inside I hope he’s going to be ok.
I am trying to gain. Holding steady at 130-134, depending on time of day. Its odd, but I think my “set weight” is at 130(as long as I am eating clean relatively clean) and my body will fight to stay there. If I lose a few lbs my appetite goes crazy, and if I gain at all I tend to not be as hungry. Right now, with the increased calories I’m a little more full than I like to be much of the time, but the extra food is giving me tons of energy, I just need to stay on top of things, because I tend to be naturally inclined to err on the side of too few calories/not enough protein(with respect to gaining muscle). lol, sorry if that was more than you cared to know!
