Theres only a few moves of each part(tris/bis) that don’t irritate things.

I remember doing an experiment and cutting out dairy for two weeks and then wheat. Wheat I was gassy and dairy made other things happen :sadface:

MIM, I have not had any chronic elbow problems yet. Sometimes when my tris are really pumped/swollen my elbow will twinge a bit if I go for an extra set kinda like telling me “no don’t take it there…”

Cake was delicious, only had a tiny piece because I’m extra sensitive to sweets atm and it gave me a headache. Worth it. Deadlifts. Did some singles today still working form. These were all pretty. I think I’m learning my body a thinger two.

how were those bb bridges and thrusts…look like some good work, but I haven’t gotten the nerve to do them in the gym yet.

i just tried those for the first time too–the bridges and thrust–total porno in the gym moves.:slight_smile:

I’ve only done them with 95# though. how do you like me? do you feel like they are worth it??

I was tentative to do them as well, but once I got some weight on them, I didn’t really didn’t feel so silly. It was nice because I could use lots of weight for reps since the ROM is so short. I felt they were effective and will help with glute activation and explosivity (is this a word?) if I continue to do them. My hamstrings are still sore from doing them Monday and I didn’t even squat heavy. I think I may be coming down with a touch of the flu or something though so that may be the cause of the soreness.

Those are some strong bridges and thrusts!!

I still haven’t tried them - seriously, my hamstrings cramp-up when I just do hip thrusts with BW, so i’m clearly not ready…

Lol! I do GMs for stretch too! Its a multi-purpose exercise…
