Thanks everyone! I will post new pics in a few weeks because I am losing some bodyfat now. I’m pretty sure I will be more comfortable carrying less weight. Who knows though, if I drop some lbs and am miserable, I might elect to gain it back!!

Dragged the sled around for about 15 min then got on the stationary bike for 20.
Most cardio machines make me really uncomfortable, I’m beginning to realize. I have a really drastic anterior pevic tilt so just can’t stand things like the elliptical because they force me to move in an unnatural way. I dunno, I guess maybe I should just get back in the pool already!!

I stopped here and didn’t give into temptation to go heavier or do a back off set. Let’s see if I can actually stick with my squat program for once.

Here is how sick I am. This is what I ate today:
3.5 pieces of sourdough toast-an old fave, but I never touch the stuff anymore
1/2 can of soup
a rice cake with 1 tsp butter
1/2 chocolate cheerios
1 scoop of whey in water

Is being sick an excuse to eat like a picky 8 yr old? I have some hard work in the form of digesting without vomiting to do right now. Hope everyone else is faring better than I am, ya know, on the inside.
Damn I’m sorry. I had a bad case of beware TMI diarrhea and I couldn’t eat a damn thing without running to the bathroom 4 minutes later. My meals consisted of rice cakes and applesauce. I was losing pounds daily, not healthy at all… meanwhile my abs were sexy as hell haha
But then I recovered from the illness. Thankfully at that.

Also, whoever reads this, I need to go in your logs and catch up, and I am sorry I’ve been missing stuff lately!! I feel completely in the dark. Sadness. My laptop charger broke and I’ve only been able to use my boyfriends computer when i’m at his house. I’ll be getting a new one hopefully tomorrow. Right now I’m going to go to try and get some rest and feel better. So if anyone has heavy lifting sessions planned for today or tomorrow, go bust ass and dominate.
Uhm hun you’re sick. No one’s worrying about you not responding to logs. I don’t know how you have the energy to even get on the computer, when I was that sick it took all my effort to lift up the thin laptop and hit the power button.
