I felt soooo weak today! I could barely do anything. I don’t know if its from drinking or the meet or me being a baby.
I usually take about four or five days off after a meet. It’s hard on the central nervous system to be maxing out on all of your lifts. Plus, all the adrenaline. No wonder you’re tired.

So I am still out of training!! I developed a head cold and I feel like shit, but if I feel better tomorrow, I will deload squats. I have some serious thinking to do about my programming.
I got my Tommy Kono knee sleeves! They’re awesome yet difficult to get over my freakish calves. I’m stretching em out right now.
