I slammed my thumb in my car door today. Don’t ask me how. The door completely latched shut on it. Its bruised but not broken. Good thing I drive a light-weight Honda instead of a big heavy truck.
Ouch. Hope you can still lift? I actually got my thumb caught (how? how?) when putting the clips on the bar yesterday. Blood all over. Luckily, a minor injury. Made me feel like a dumb ass, tho.

Ya, OHP. I only really do two pressing movements, bench and overhead. I’ll specify if I change it up at all.
I got the belt with the buckle. I love it!! Though in my mad dash to get ready this morning, I forgot to throw it into my gym bag.

I’m going to increase the weight on my deadlifts so that my working sets are no longer around 10 reps. I’ll be working in the 2-5 rep range from here until my meet. Its really time for me to get used to heavier weights in preparation for a single. I’ve been doing this high rep stuff for months now.
