This was fairly easy today…hmmm, my second week doing this workout.
Its never too late to start being consistent with logging my shit here again!
I’ve been busy. Really, really busy at work. Trying to make it and figure things out and balance my shit so I don’t go nuts. I feel like I was born to train, but I have to avoid running myself ragged. All of the energy and intensity that comes with being ridiculously fit sometimes deceives a fatigued metal/physical state.
With respect to my own training, I’ve been doing the 4 day split with 2 leg days and two upper body days. I’ve been training alone which is alright, but I sometimes wish I had a consistent training partner. I really, really need to roll shit out because I’m tight and twingy in odd places. I’m thinking about switching back to a 4-5 day bodypart split, cuz I think I recover better that way.
With respect to my nutrition, not enough protein, too much sugar consumed in the last couple of weeks=level of leanness upsetting to me. Time to cut.

For some reason, I am now more confused than ever. The good news is I switched birth controls and I NEVER have to take estrogen again!!! yesss…

Owlie you’re such a tease with that first post. Clearly, you’ve been training. So, what do you have going on?
Cal, Sindie, Kimba, Nadia, I have missed you ladies! I have been training indeed, I kept with the program I posted a few weeks ago and had great success with bulking up on it. My body is starting to hint that I’ve had enough hypertrophy for awhile. The plan here forward is to be more precise with my training and diet. I’m not looking to gain size, but rather to refine what I do have and cut some body fat in the process. I have my boss measuring my body fat each week so I can keep track of my progress. I need a program that makes sense and is conducive to these goals. Its in the works right now, but I think it will include a lot of bodyweight typer stuff at least for a couple of months. I also need to figure out a good meal plan. I’m at a total loss when it comes to figuring out my bmr and macro requirements for fat loss…grr. I guess the first place to start is just by measuring and keeping a precise log of what I’m eating now…anyway, any advice would be appreciated!!
The job is going amazingly! I have built up a pretty decent clientele so far. I get along with pretty much everyone I work with, and of course I love to be in the gym!!! It is back to school in the fall and I plan on keeping the ball rolling, balancing as many clients as I can honestly train adequately with making decent grades.
