lol thanks, ya veg, I should do some farmers walks and what have you, My grip tends to hold up pretty well when it comes to low rep sets its not until I get into the super slow negatives or high rep sets and the like where grip endurance becomes the issue. BUT STILL no excuse to not train grip.

I woke up this morning feeling Far Beyond Driven. I made about 2 cups of steel cut oats to save for meals then I headed to the gym for a Vulgar Display of Power. I haven’t done a heavy squat workout in awhile and I’ve been feeling kind of Hollow. I decided to take things to A New Level by doing sets of 8 with minimal rest.

The first few sets were hard but doable. After set 3 I felt kind of Shattered, after set four I felt I’m Broken. I didn’t know if I would be able to finish my 5th set. I took 5 Minutes Alone in the power cage and rallied Strength Beyond Strength to finish HARD.
