What poundage is recommended for the first exercises in this program. Do you pick a weight you can do 5 reps but not 6 or is it 5 reps with one or two reps in reserve. Thanks.
I don’t think you want to be doing a max of 5 reps. Go for a weight where you can do five reps with 2-3 left in the tank.
Remember you’re following the first set with a second exercise with no rest in between.
For me it was just a matter of figuring out what weights work for me.
