OVT and ME

Hi guys, i was searching across alot of the web looking for general info regarding this program ( http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=459276 ), First what do you think about this program in general…i ask because im not super advanced (2-3 year serious lifting) but looking to step out of 5x5, it works great for strength but i dont see physical mass changes even after so long, My legs got huge in short periods of time but everything else had very minimal growth.

Id like to head Much more into the direction of building mass, more so than strength. This program OVT didnt seem overly complex to me i tried it for a month but was cutting and volume was too much but i liked it. There were other ones i noticed as well like the old GVT. i am unsure if i am a hardgainer or not though. All my serious lifting was with RIPPETOES Starting Strength, and 5x5. So i never really trained with VERY high reps for along enough time to tell if it works better. Any ideas in the direction i should be heading into? would this program work well?
