Is it a good idea to swap out dips in BBB assistance and replace it with overhead tricep extensions as it is a less stressful exercise?
There’s no reason to pick just one. Do some workouts with one exercise, some with another. You’ve been doing BBB for quite a while as it is: you’ll be swapping that out pretty soon.
I find overhead tricep extensions to be the single most effective triceps builder, but it always leads to elbow injuries for me.
Lousy for the long head and training at lengths can add more fatigue. Like T3 said… choose a couple exercises and train them but id’ target the long head
