I passed out for the first time today! First time passing out (from lifting).
I was doing seated dumbbell presses. Got the weight up to my shoulders, started pressing, and next thing I know I’m standing trying futilely to grab hold of the dumbbell rack. I don’t remember putting the weight down or standing up and I have no idea how much time passed. I distinctly remember thinking “Where am I, and why am I so drunk?” I tried to finish my workout, but felt completely out of it. For some reason my teeth felt numb.
Now my thigh is killing me and my mp3 player won’t turn on. Guess I must have dropped the weight pretty good.
