Wow you’ve been at it for 45 years? That’s impressive.
What do you think’s been the secret to your lifting longevity?
Welcome aboard.

Speaking of 60 yr old bodybuilders, check out this dude:
Outstanding! Keep lifting, getting bigger and bigger and stronger and stronger! Men your age into muscle, lifting, growing bigger and stronger are so incredibly inspiring and please don’t be offended by this compliment, men like you, lifting at your age, into muscle, growing bigger and stronger and loving how out of this world good it feels are so hot! I bet your huge, superman strong muscles at your age are so incredible, a huge turn on as you grow even bigger and stronger, bring you a lot of compliments and comments and I hope even turn you on muscle man! All of us including the pro’s get turned on over our own growing muscles and get off flexing in the mirror! I hope you do big man! Nothing wrong admiring your hard work and your big gains while telling yourself, damn! Look at how huge I’m getting and this is just the start! I’m going to get ten times bigger and stronger!!! Men in their 60’s, hugely muscled, insanely strong, bodybuilders getting freaky huge are so hot and hotter if they roid!!! Best to you Sir! Keep growing Superman! Peace

Thanks for saying hello.
Whats kept me at it is the quality it adds to your life I’ll never forget when I was 19 and putting on 40 lbs of Muscle (well some fat) the gym I started at focused on powerlifting and we used mostly Olympic weights, most of what we did is what everyone now calls Core exercises. After 6 months ( it didn’t take long) of heavy Bench Presses,Dead Lift’s and Squats I felt like I could walk through wall’s.
I’m a very physical person in just about everything I do work, hobbies, etc. and being strong and in shape, well theres nothing like it.
Thanks Again
