You rolled the bar towards you on the first rep and bounced the rest. Those were very strong lifts, but not “dead” lifts. Very impressive regardless.
Whats wrong with rolling the bar, it doesnt make it any easier nor is it illegal in comps?
Also, I did not “bounce” the bar off the ground…I lowered it slowly. Thanks though I guess

thanks lots of goals haha, the season just ended so I can now focus on them to have them achived before the 2014 season starts. so many I’ll have to list them:
-Learn to use multiply equipment properly, acquire very tight multiply gear, compete multiply.
-Increase my squat (raw) massively. It’s crap at the moment, and have a lot of potential to increase it. his should also bring up my deadlift about 20kg to 320kg (raw)
-Big dilemma on whethr or not I should move up a weight class to the 220lbs, I atually made a thread about it on bbing.com. I can do it, and will be a lean 220 still, I just dont know if I ever want to be that size I fear I will feel too bulky and awkward…I have more in my life than just lifting. However I’ve been at this weightclass forever so I’m just in that predicament atm, I will have to make up my mind by the end of the month.

It was lowered slowly, but never dead stopped, I think the technical term is bounce. You can kind of see, that because of the bar bending, only the outside plates touch when you lower the weight. Again I must emphasize how little it matters as this is a clear display of brute strength! Much better than I’ll ever get.
