Out of Whack Numbers

True. Gear, builds, differences in technique now compared to thirty years ago all have an effect. Some of the extreme arches some women now take was something I didn’t see 30 years ago.

Unfortunately we need to qualify our lifts more in powerlifting than every before to communicate things well.

dont sweat it man. the more time your training the more everything will even out. for a while i was pulling 450 easily and only squating in the low 300’s. my numbers were always lopsided. theyve evened out a lot though since. just keep working on it.

I’m a fairly high archer, but Jennifer Thompson is long-armed and flat backed. She is just a freak, benching more raw at 132 than the average man twice her size!

I thought she was a high archer, my bad.
