uh… if u look at a comment, some person says he’s doing a deadlift not a powerclean. Boy, i think i need to learn to do a deadlift all over again.

fuck eh, I’ve done some powercleans before and felt lightheaded and feel like I need to break to get a breathe in or 2.

trying the powerclean 400lbs at the age of 14…now if only i had a time machine

It’s 240.

LBRTRN is corect. That bar is not loaded to 400#.

The red plates are 25kilos, the yellows are 15kilos. The bar is 20-25 kilos. Total that up (figuring a 25kilo bar)and you get 105 kilos or about 231#. The small plates (unknown maybe 5 kilos) and the collars might get the total up to 260 or 270#.

Now I will give the young man credit for a good clean and I hope he was not seriously hurt.
