It’s 240.
LBRTRN is corect. That bar is not loaded to 400#.
The red plates are 25kilos, the yellows are 15kilos. The bar is 20-25 kilos. Total that up (figuring a 25kilo bar)and you get 105 kilos or about 231#. The small plates (unknown maybe 5 kilos) and the collars might get the total up to 260 or 270#.
Now I will give the young man credit for a good clean and I hope he was not seriously hurt.
