Hey guys. I don’t think this has been discussed much before, but it seems like non animal fatty acids is primarily focused on flax seed oil. Anyways - a couple years ago I used to work in a health food store and I remember my manager was always going on about the nutritional value of sesame butter (tahini), as well as raw pumpkin seed butter. Anyone have any insight into the EFA profile on these things? I’ve heard other people suggest that it can be good to switch up sources of fats, and these seem like two possible alternatives.
