well in recent days there has been some discussion in regards to EFS’s. In my current diet I am eating 3 p-f meals, two of which are tuna salads with 1 tblsp flax. And the other is 2 Tblsp of Cashew butter, and a little extra, I like to cheat, and 2 scoops LC Grow. Now to my knowledge this would give me a 2:1 ratio of polys to mono, which is what we want correct. The only trouble I see is that I have no real sources of saturated fat in my diet other than the small amount in the boneles skinless chicken breast I eat each day. Now I know that this is not good for my t-levels, but is there a way I might be able to up this, without getting too carried away calorie wise? I was thinking of maybe every couple days to throw in a nice steak with one of my meals, is this a good idea? if so which cuts are best for this approach? I know cuts such as flank, and round are nice and lean, but being that I am wanting to get my sat fat in those days, should I go for more of a not so lean of a cut? what about upping the monos instead of the saturated? really just food for thought, any help is always appreciated. thanks J
How about some hamburger and salmon? It would disrupt your poly to mono, but provide a great source of micronutrients and cholesterol also.
Coconut oil
MCT are saturated, raise T, and are not stored as convential dietary LCT lipid. (in most cases)
I have used MTC in the past, but in a very small amount, and it was at a time where basically there was no fat in my diet (still learning). I will look into that a little deeper, what dosages would you reccomend?
