Are there any oral drugs that work nearly as
well as injecting insulin ?
I´ve heard about something called Tolbutamide which was supposed to part of a class of drugs
called sulfon…(something), any thoughts ?
Oral drugs certainly have their place, but no way are they the same or similar to insulin. Orals do either (1) stop the liver producing glucose, ie Metformin or (2) improve the body’s ability to produce its own or to ease its resistence to its own. These are purely diabetic aids and will not help you build mass. I assume you want to build mass. You must then use the real stuff. I do!! Graham
