I find that the benches at my gym are too upright for Incline Bench Press, I always end up getting fatigued in the Shoulders and Triceps and don’t feel I hit the chest enough.
As a guess I’d say the angle on the lowest rung is about 45 degrees. Would it be better to just leave the bench flat and throw a couple of Plates beneath the legs of the bench so that the angle would be more like 25 degrees? or is this too similar to flat bench?
