Optimal Strength Training for the Home Gym?

Hey CT,

Do you have any suggestions on how one could intelligently follow this program without using machines? I was going to do another round of 915 in a few weeks, but I like the increased frequency and lower stress/volume per session of the Optimal Strength for Naturals program. I don’t want to bastardize one of your programs when I know another exists and is effective.

I’m happy to provide a breakdown of equipment I have and what I’ve been doing training wise this summer if that helps.
