Best Damn Workout Exercises for Home Gym?

Hello, I followed mostly 531 for the last 10 years but as I get older I like the low volume higher frequency approach with some isolation more.
I also have a homegym: powerrack with latpull station, ghr device and 2 adjustable benches.
The ‘best damn workout plan 2’ sounds better to me because in plan 1 I don’t have the equipment to perform dropsets quickly, also the myo reps are fun enough to me.

Now the question:
I want to give the ‘low volume high frequency’ method a longterm commitment, so do you have acceptable exercises per muscle group for a garagelifter like me?

Does the exercise selection for the myo reps and mtor really matter?
