Hallo Coach Thib,
if you would train a bodybuilder who is looking for lean gains, what would you say is the ideal frequency for training each group of muscle?
Most guys say, that two times per week is the most a bodybuilder can handle if he wants to build muscle.
But I read a lot about training more frequently with varying the volume during the week.
So how much volume should be for a muscle in each session, if I train them 3 times per week?
