Opinions About Speedos?

Sorry, but I think it’s a landslide victory for trunks or board shorts.

I don’t know why someone would point and laugh at someone on the beach unless they were insecure themselves at the beach. I’m actually getting a little bored with board shorts and am opting for something that’ll show off my legs a little bit more. While I won’t be getting the square cut speedos, I really don’t see a problem with them.

Right…if you saw a gigantic 500lbs woman wearing a thong and spray painted nipple stars, you wouldn’t make even one quip? Not one? What the hell is wrong you, man???

lol … you know what I mean X

Shit I’d take the B-Ball shorts of the 80’s over speedo’s.

Even though a hairy treasure nugget might slip out here or there, at least they aren’t skin tight on a man’s junk at all times.

Nice hat beans

And the nice thing is, I really couldn’t give two shits what anyone thought about it.
Think about the kids man…

I own one Speedo, for one purpose. I use it to wear under my wetsuit for surfing if I am going somewhere that I need to change in public. Boardshorts under the wetsuit don’t work, getting fully nude to change at the beach doesn’t usually work either. If I forget to wear the speedo, I can change under a towel, but it is much easier just to use the Speedo. However, note that it is NOT for long-term display, only for changing purposes.

I do the nude beach thing myself, but do go to the textile beach when I’m forced to.

We were on the beach a few summers ago and this guy wanders past wearing a salami-slinger speedo, yellow in color. He was around 6’6" tall and probably around 350 lbs. He was death-row pale and smeared with what had to be sunblock #90 and he had a blue tint to him.

He was looking for someone and made a few passes in front of us. Each time there was an audible wave of “uggghhhhhhhh” that followed him. I still laugh when I think of it.

Speedos are a no-go for me and should be for any non-competitive swimming male.
I was a competitive swimmer for 13 years, and speedos are a no-go even for us, only little kids are allowed to wear them. most of us use spandex trunks, or full.body suits.

This thread needs more pictures!

Sexy!

Does anyone have any Barry White?

It’s gettin’ HAWT in here!!

The sandals and socks really add to the ensemble!

Tasty.

Obviously the winner.

Just look at the sense of satisfaction on that mans face.

Ok enough with the gross pictures please!!

Lol I had no idea speedos were that hated here. Fine then, let him keep the silly tan line on his thighs.

Oh well. I can’t wear bikini bottoms bought here because they’re granny size, even the ones they call “minimal coverage”, I have to wear the ones I brought when I moved. I’m sorry, I don’t want a white butt with tan legs, looks just too weird.

I guess America is a few years behind on beach fashion…

I know, but it would help us all if we could at least get a better visual of what your swim suit looks like. Some of us poor Americans have never even seen large bodies of water…let alone what women’s swim suits look like.

I mean, some of us have never seen a woman, period.

Could you help us out?

I assume than any guy who can pull off (ha) a speedo is gay.

All others wearing speedos are simply deluded.

lol…

I spend a few mins looking for a picture of a fat black dude in speedo’s to quote X’s g-string comment.

Never search “black guy in speedo” on google images with safe search off, I just got served…

Who knew, different cultures are… well… different.

I hope, like black socks and gym shoes, this is a fashion statement that never catches on.
