Yeah a brilliant lifter who got to his size and strength with over 10 years of solid training yet some guy said that he read a book where doug describes his routines, meal plan and steroid dosage, according to this guy, doug admitted in his book that he swollowed dianabol like sweeties…

Yeah that guys’s an idiot. I pop dbol like sweeties but I can’t push press 400lbs. Doug was definitely on much more gear than that.
Probably on GH and slin too, which explains the bloating and the roid gut. See how small his legs were compared to his upper body in his later years? That’s the first undocumented case of a roid induced affliction which would later be known as Palumboism.

Yeah, come to think of it, he was too fat to be on gear. And he didn’t have the huge delts and traps which are obvious signs of gear use cos of the larger number of androgen receptors there.
Ok, seriously, dianabol was first synthesized and made available by CIBA Pharmaceuticals in 1960. That was AFTER his major career highlights. Whoever said he used dbol is an idiot.

Just let it go.
Lol let what go lol…what are you on about
Over half your threads seem to go down the “was he on steroids” and “people say you can’t do it without steroids” route.
Plus, as I said like 3 pages ago, dbol wasn’t even in trials until the mid-50s, after Doug had already stopped competing internationally.
Natties will insist a succesful lifter is on steroids. Non-natties will insist a successful assisted lifter is on a fuck load of steroids. This is life. There’s nothing new here.
