This is like 6 months of squats for me, at least… incredible. #SirSquatsALot
Yeah, even with just the bar, sets of 20 are kinda terrible. I was bitching yesterday about set of 8.
@throwawayfitness I’m just now realizing that your pfp is Lando.

Happy ejones cake day!
thank you
Happy Birthday!
thank you
didn’t fit the rack. options were to drill the metal, buy the rack it goes to, or zipties. I went with option 3, pray for me.
Option 4: Get a couple fatass sleeves/bushings and put them over the pins + acrylic glue them in place.
Good luck, don’t die
Happy Birthday
The weight is on the pin from the mono attachments, right? The zip ties just keep in from rotating?
Please don’t tell me that all that is holding them on is zip ties! Don’t do that if so.
I think the bushing suggestion is pretty good.
fantastic idea. never would have thought of that. thank you.
I work in manufacturing so it’s just part of the job ![]()
You bought the T-3 series, and I think you needed the T-2 series for your rack (2x2 frame) as the T-3 is fit for 2x3). If you’re able to do returns, I’d recommend returning and either getting money back or exchanging for the T-2. If no returns, then get a wood block (probably 1") and put it here

The pins will still be a problem, but I imagine you’re looking for a 5/8" to 1" pin converter sleeve that is long enough to fit your existing pin… You may also need a decent size hammer to get the sleeve over the existing pin because of manufacturing errors. Hot glue is a surprisingly good substitute for most non-structural glue applications too, in case you don’t want to delve into the ridiculous intricacies of different glue types.
I have a lot of temptation at home, but I have a lot of discipline not to go crazy. My weakness is chips and dark chocolate. Strangely, I am more disciplined at home than at work.
