Online Personal Training with Team Lillebridge

300 for 3 months, think its worth it?

I train in my garage 100% of the time and do not have access to a coach or someone in the know, planning on doing my 1st meet some time this summer

Probably, but I really don’t like their training regimen, so I would not buy it.

EDIT: A good coach who knows his shit, is Clint Darden. You could try and contant him.

If you like their style/philosophy and don’t mind paying the money then go for it. $25 a week seems pretty reasonable to be trained by elite level lifters. I personally know of people who have paid more than that ($300) for a day/two day training with elite lifters in Europe.

On a side note would anybody know if it’s possible to be trained online by dan green. I would be only to happy to pay this

Thanks guys, I ended up paying for the training, ill post a review of how it went at the end of 3 months

I think you’ll learn a lot. Only time will tell whether it was worth the investment. I online trained w/ Matt Kroc and learned a lot about proper diet and foods.

Yes, Dan Green does have online clients. I haven’t found an official page for the Boss Barbell Strength Method.

I’m not doing his programs but Brandon Campbell does have a thorough overview of his online programming on his YouTube page: Dan Green's BBSM - Overview and Review Boss Barbell Strength Method - YouTube

I covered some of Dan Greens stuff in my thread on programs. Also, he has some q and a stuff on the web. You’ll have to google it though.

Was his programming similar to his articles on here?

that’s a steal in my opinion, I’m just your average personal trainer and my clients pay more than that for one month. John Haack a 21 y.o. 181 raw lifter who uses lillibridge method, bench went from mid 300s to 405 in a few months, along with improved form work, totaled over 1600 raw at rum 7(idk if he used the online training, but he did it with their training method). well worth the $300 for 3 months in my opinion for training from them, especially since I can think of much worse things that I’ve blown $300+ in the past few months.

Thanks man, but I didn’t get it for some reason.

Would you try again?

I have not worked with them.

I have worked with Josh Bryant quite a bit and he is awesome. Responds quickly, takes feedback, helped with diet as well. Plus he always gets me stronger.

Hope your 3 months with Lilebridge works out well, good luck!
