I remember reading somewhere here about a week of high protein, low carb, and low fat intakes to help accelerate fat loss or something along those lines.
I’ve searched everywhere I could think of, but I can’t seem to find it.
Does anyone know what I’m talking about/Can you give me a link?
I believe what I was looking for (as were you) was a 1 week vacation/photoshoot prep diet (that isn’t shredded in 6 days) that calls for protein only (no fats, no carbs) and involved water weight manipulation. I can’t find it anywhere though. Anyone know what I may be talking about?
