One More for the Velocity Diet!

I was thinking what I wanted from the experience and I’m not sure other than the obvious fat loss to get shredded.

But I am sensing a need, a desire to be more of something but what the hell is it? Guess I wont know until I get there.
I think with any discipline Like the Velocity diet you
confront the habits that have no desire to leave.

To wear a new skin and find congruency. Its feeling like a
stranger to yourself and its very much something in a symbolic sense a passing.
Making space to allow something new.
A New Body,
A New Mind,
A New life!

Its not about the 14 days that has passed although it has
accelerated everything. It about a year in the making with one significant change after another.
I’ve been allowing others to help in my endeavors and have benefited from a wide group of People.
My social circle has significantly grown and so have I.

The picture above makes me laugh every time I see it!!
Tomorrow Pictures!!!

Here are the Numbers for January 26th

Calves 15"
Thigh 23 1/2"
Hips 38"
Waist 37"
Stomach 38"
above stomach 34"
Chest 41"
Neck 15"
Bicep 14
Biceps flex 15 1/2"
Forearm 12 1/2"

As best as I can tell I lost a total of 3 1/2 "
in the areas needed and gained 1 1/2 in the chest
and gain 1/2" on the biceps flex.

Scale is 174.4 lbs.
but reading 12% body fat.

This scale is wack!!!
Its maybe good for weight, thats about it!! Maybe??!!
I’ll have to check it against another scale.

I’d be happy to maintain this weight and loss the gut.

The new avatar is up
Heading into week 3!!!

More pics!!
This is for 2 weeks of dieting.
Eating BCAA like M&M’s
scavenger, multi
And an insane amount of Protien!!

AAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWW!!!:))

Hey!! wait a minute. The estrogen level are starting to kick up!
cut it out!!! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Tramp’s no estro-dog! He had street cred!

In dodgeball the purpose of the game is not
to get hit. Once they tag you thats it, game over!!
And for your efforts you get a nice red welt. A
souvenir to remind you you’re a loser.

Thats the vibe I get from so many others (myself included) is if you ever take a hit(from someone or something)you’re
as loser for it.

If you get smacked up you obviously done something wrong to deserve it.Right??!! Right??!!

Two things I recently come across. One is on Youtube.
A short 45 sec clip of Balboa talking to his Son telling
him to go get what you’re worth and take the hits, then get back up.
Its about taking the hits and GETTING BACK UP!!

Another is that the most sucessfull people have a larger list
of failures than the average Joe!!

It like…I know, I know, but I sometimes forget this
stuff.

Time to let if flow and get out of My Own Damn Way!

good progress so far man, keep it up.

i like v-diet threads, they are inspiring; meaning seeing someone achieve goals gets me all warm inside

You know what??

Your right !!!

What was I thinking

Time to push some weights
and make some mind blowing changes

Someone made the comment about his sex
drive is on the down and will agree that
my social intuition is on delayed response.

A very Attractive girl at the Gym is flirting
and all I could think about is how flat my energy
was.(I didnt realize she was flirting until I got home!!)
Again I wasnt craving so much as I just wanted more energy. I could do only a 1/4 of my workout, I was feeling so tired that I just went home.

I’m going to try the Spike I ordered and see if that will
put the fire back.

By the way!
She was on the eliptical in front of me wearing loose
fitting sweats. So loose that she had to keep one hand on the sweats to keep them from dropping.

Well they still dropped showing perfect skin, no fat and
a lacey pink thong.
I was going back and fourth from very nice!! to what time is my next shake again??!!

The Velocity Diet is to curb my craving for unhealthy eating
not lacey pink thongs.
I dont even like pink…Well that day I did!

The picture above is not far off:))))

dude, i’d say your libido isn’t down.

sounds like you got a t-boosting bonus at the gym.

looking at pretty girls stimulates T-release–make it part of your program!

what are these workouts you’re doing? Are they the Waterbury program? No, you said before you’re doing your own thing. I bet you’re spending too much time and doing too much at the gym and without a good plan. I apologize if that’s too blunt.

Tell us your program! You have to be quick and dirty at the gym or you’ll bonk, dude. The calorie-deficit will hit you.

You’re not thinking your cunning plan through. If you don’t HAVE the energy banked, you can’t just throw stimulants at it!

I tried the Caffeine-Free Spike. I think it was…interesting.

But I came here to say the tablet coating tastes like ass. And not the kind of ass that wears a pink thong.

You can ask me all the questions you want.
Keep the fire to the feet.
I pretty much wing anything and everything that I do.
But its the usual plain vanilla workout with a turn
arround of 4 to 6 weeks.

Its chest, back one day
next shoulder, arms etc…
I keep the count 24 to 36 on the routines.
I keep the rest period lengthy, up to 5 mins
Something about building up the ATP levels.
I get a major pump and growth!
listen to the Body!!!
Or I’ll go aerobic!

But no so much on the calories were on.
I am not into following anyones routine.
When I stop growing or want to create a particular result
I.E. six pack.

But the lack of disipline in eating defeated any chance of real growth. To follow a strict regiment digesting a level of protein I’ve never had is making changes I’ve never seen. So Im Happy about it

Ive tried following routines then one day I wanted to have
fun and stop treating it like a chore.
So I threw everything out the door and went for it.

Actually broke some of the rules that everyone preaches and
believe it or not got good results.
like doing back to back arms routine doing them Monday and then hitting it again on Tuesday and got results!!

Do cardio then workout then do cardio again and started to enjoy it more.
Its putting back the enjoyment of it that right now to me
is the best thing this Troubadour has done.

But I like to think of myself at T-Nation as a
Minstral in (this) Gallery

P.S.
I do now prefer Pink lacey Thongs:))

Never apologize, feel free to speak your mind.
(mind your head!!!..Never!)

You can never be too blunt!

All kidding aside, I’d advise those to start with the
Velocity Lite for the 28 days or whatever duration
Chris recommends and if you’re game go for the Velocity Diet.
My feeling is that with any lengthy undisiplined past eating habits, a protein fast may shock your system.

The biggest habit for most of us is the late night binging.
I know that one thing if you change nothing else will produce results. Big Time!!

I would eat well all day and f&ck it all up with late night binging.

Didnt feel like binging!
Not until I look at the calories that I come to find I was easily packing away almost 3000 calories.

The Velocity Diet is giving me control.

The next thing is incorporating more carbs to the routine.

I dont want to label any food off limits.

I’d like 90,95% of eating for performance.
the other % is for pure entertainment
because thats all it ever is.
