It would work for sure, but the lack of variety won’t make this program work for long, try it for 3 weeks. It will be important to vary sets/reps scheme often.

how would i make it work for longer?
Try it as it is for 3 weeks and switch some moves when you feel the need to. An even better approach would be to switch moves every workout during the week a la TBT.
