Hello guys, i am looking for training split that provides strength, hypertrophy, and explosiveness. A simple 3 day split. i have an abundance of exercises that i enjoy and my body responds well to them. I am just unsure on how to properly integrate them in to a 3-day split.
the exercises are: Dead lift, Squat, Bench press, Over head press,Clean variations, dips, pendlay rows, barbell hip thrusters, RDL. Along with some bicep, tricep, and rear delt work.
As you can see there are many and like i said earlier, i simply do not have the knowledge or experience to integrate them all in to a 3 day split, please note that i sprint 2 days a week.
