One Day Arm Cure, One Day Core Cure?

Would this kind of workout regime be as effective if done for a stomach/back arrangement?

Like, presuming clientèle are demanding abs here and now, could they do it with
Program A.
deadlifts
and weighted isometric ab-holds
Program B.
Farmers bar walks (or similar)
and weighted situps?

Also, after, how long are you meant to wait until you begin your regular gym training again?

The problem is that abs wont show decently unless you are under 10% body fat (a real 10% not an internet 10%). You can train them all you want, if you are above 10%, they wont show clearly.

Yes, I understand that. As ODAC is a hypertrophy program, I was more thinking about whether the template would be as effective for other body parts (legs, chest/back, shoulders/lats) - you get the idea.

I can’t imagine any of these ‘one day cures’ really doing much of anything spectacular. I’m all for reading new ideas and theories, but I’m sure you can only stimulate so much growth in any one session. AFter that it’s just a matter of time and recovery.
