I had about 1.25lbs of cubed steak for dinner last night. It seems its what all the cool kids are eatting.

Sasquats:

Worked up to 405x6

Hack squats: worked up to 4pps x 12

Leg ext: top set 200x12

Seated calf raise: top 180x15 (x2)

Calf Raise in LP: up to 7pps x 15

Nothing groundbreaking, but squats felt good. Getting back into the groove. Back felt strong. Legs felt good. Have to work back up the stamina (that’s what SHE said)…

405 x 6 is nothing to sneeze at. Great work.

Rev.Inc DB Rear Delt: top = 45 x 10

Smith BTN Press: top = 2pps x 10

DB Press: top = 110x4 (sitting straight back)

Cutler Lat raises: top = 60 x 10, 70 x 8

Rev. Pec Dec: top = 130x8

BB Shrug: top = 365 x 30

Finisher db lat raise: 50x15

Outstanding leg and shoulder workout. That is a lot of shoulder work.

DB Curls: top = 65x3 + 55x5

Smith. Rev Grip Press: top = 3pps+20 x 7

Weighted Dips: top = BW+45 x 6, x5

EZ P.Curl: Top = 110x5, x3

Short. Heavy. Sweet.
