Once more with feeling

Highlight the text you want to quote and select the “Quote” option that pops up on Discourse. The “Copy Quote” option allows you to copy the quote formatting which is useful when replying in other threads.

Anytime you want to know how to format something, reply to a post with that specific formatting and hit the “quote whole post” button in the top menu bar of the draft window, it shows you all the HTML formatting originally used in the post.

Here is formatting information.
You can also start your own training log if you want. Just start a thread under the training log section or bigger stronger leaner. Then you can post your workouts or just blabber on endlessly like I do. Then people can read yours and comment. It’s a pretty good way to get to know people and let them get to know you. Also, they are apparently undergoing an upgrade at this particular moment, so everything is kinda weird.

Feel free to stop by anytime and your posts are always welcome on my log. No need to erase.
