feeling pretty good
PT is good- but kicks my ass.
10 weeks ago squat 3x a week wut 405x2 no problem
20 days post surgery
unweighted leg lifts - killed me.
its progress.
used a 1.5 lb ankle weight yesterday
left me for dead after.
Getting back under heavy iron always feels great when you can handle it.

A couple more sessions, and you’ll be strenf’ing at my level bro…
Hey man, I’m just catching up. Several years ago I had a pretty serious injury as well. I was in the hospital for a month, followed by PT. The good news is you are going to be so fired up to get on your own. I had some of my best training sessions for the year or so that followed. It’s just another mountain to climb.

It will take a while but it will feel good
cleared for light upper body work

trx facepulls rows pushups 3x10
then more face pulls
HLR 3x6 ugh
A db seated OH press 30x12 40x10 50 3x6
B chest supported row 2 pts 3x8 * too much
C pulldowns 4x10
D rear delts 4x10
Notes
first training since late august
first day back cleared for light upper body stuff.
Facepulls - need to do so much more volume on these crutches are killing my posture
DB OH press- felt ok 50s got heavy .
chest supported row- two plates was too much recovery from each set was brutal
pulldows light pump stuff.
worst part - loading plates on crutches
should have went even lighter and more volume.
Just glad to see you back at training. “worst part -loading plates on crutches”…LOL, I know you made everyone in the gym feel like a P…, just watching you. Good Job, bro. You will be back to rolling in no time.

Sadly I think rolling of any kind is now officially over.
PT told me today - that save for knee replacement

You might be amazed how well you come back. Better than your surgeon predicts. At least that is my hope for you. So much of recovery is mental. I truly believe that after having several surgeries myself.
