This is big news. Your rehab seemed to go so fast. Perhaps not in your mind. What’s your plan now? Do you have any restrictions moving forward?[/quote]

It was more a matter of insurance - saying no mas then PT saying Im Good to go.

I still cant run at all - jumps of any sort are out.
right now - Im mid week on a 7 day job and I am already kind of banged up.

that all being said- I think PT is working on getting more sessions approved.

Yo Ho how it goes!? Medical system is labyrinth of money madness the insurance companies contrive to control. Hope your PT is going well. Good to see you still getting work in.

Work gets in the way of so many fun things.

Hey nothing wrong with a tens unit. I use mine even when I feel great because I want to continue to feel great. Recovery is coming on strong. Won’t be long until you can’t call it that anymore.

You should patent the ‘Back Fluff and Pump Workout’. Sell it on infomercials.

There’s still a lot of good work here.

Brotardscience,

Complexes are an example of self-hate, there are a number of excellent counselors in NYC, I will be happy to recommend one that encourages you to eat your feelings rather than exercise.

I had to figure out what you were recovering from which means I have now read a years worth of your posts in the last 30 minutes, you have a disconcerting amount of determination, it’s truly unsettling to people like myself, but good work is good work so nice job.

Your conditioning is impressive.
