3rd time this week I have front squatted.
pulled- used straps- shitty hamstring pushed pretty hard with pulls
upper stuff felt good.

I probably need to do an A/B workout- and add more upper volume.
gonna run with this for a while
happy with loading- wont be pushing any squats higher for a while

and tore my PCL through the capsule
2 of the heads on my Hamstring
strained the MCL and meniscus
