I detest self pity.
its weakness
Yet sitting here typing I am falling victim to it.
there is your more personal side of me today
Kevin, I can?t begin to image what you are going through. This really sucks. I am sorry. But you such a caring and committed father and husband and that’s all that really matters. And you’ve been through a lot so a little self pity sometimes is understandable and not weakness.

X2^^^^^^^
As someone who has done rehab for about a year, I understand. The physical pain is nothing compared to the psychological toll of being “weak”. I felt like a “victim” and my Alpha lifestyle was gone and , maybe, never coming back to full strength. The thought of being “disabled” and “not fit for duty” nearly drove me insane. Hang in there, its not self pity to feel weak, it just damn scary. You will recover, you are putting the work in. Stay Hard, Sir.
