I liked the assisted stretching definition, lol. I can relate to that, the therapist said to me the other day “why are you sweating”. I looked at her and asked if she had ever been injured and gone through therapy. “no” I said that explains a lot. Sweet girl but not a lot of experience, but dedicated to making me better than before. BT keep on brother it getting better every day. glad to see your squat numbers.
