PT asked me to do some stuff in the gym and get back to them.
wore some knee sleeves
65 felt good 95 did too. but Im not going any higher for many months-
the graft I have can take over a year to heal. (patella tendon)
they also asked which I ‘feel’ more RDL or stiff leg DL.
these felt very good- knee bothers me more on step ups.

Last year I decided to stop being so Abrahamic centric with my cursing and to be more multi cultural. So I made a point of cursing various pagan deities throughout the year. Starting with the Odinists. If you are scrambling feel free to give it a go.

Well, it got me angry reading that you got angry. I cannot know the pain you are working through, but, I know after they got through picking pieces of shrapnel out of my shoulder, it took over a year to get straight again, and, that was not a life altering injury. So, fuck them, they are just pussies with soft baby skin on the soles of their feet.

in some ways this entire process took a shit on me.
Nothing burned me , as one of the Physcial Therapists
telling me- I could not do certain things.
Like when I could not ride the recumbant bike
or had to work up to the 2.5 ankle weights.

and messed around with different machine for ham curls trying to find what can work
I think DB’s might be better- Im having a hard time getting my plastic hamstring to fire.
